I started as a content writer in the health and wellness space, where I found the freedom to travel and build my lifestyle. These days I'm a marketing and growth director for a supplement company, still in that world, just further in, and I’m lucky enough to still be able to travel and work remotely.

I travel often, and I've stopped chasing new cities for their own sake — I'd rather go back to Tokyo, Paris, and China, and get to know them the way you get to know a person over time, in layers.

Lately I’m obsessed with ceramics, rock climbing, and storytelling.

This year I'm figuring out how to show up online as myself instead of as a brand —on YouTube, Instagram, and Substack, wherever the writing and the visual stuff wants to go.
